FreePBX will occasionally go down

I’ve found the only solution is to restart the server a few times and wait an hour. How can I debug this? It will show the error CONNECTION_REFUSED.

Not early enough information

What?

sed ‘s/early/nearly/’

no, i meant to type ‘not nearly’ and not ‘not early’ (enough information)

What more info is needed? Basically, randomly the server goes down and I will have to restart it entirely a few times.

What server? Your webserver? your mysql server ? (FreePBX itself doesn’t have a ‘server’) You need to post what you were doing when ‘it’ ‘popped up’

Randomly when the server was idle, GUI & Asterisk went offline, and It happens a lot.

Given that level of diagnostics, you sould probably reinstall and load your latest backup

I’ve done that several times, and even reinstalled FreePBX entirely, issue persists. Here are my server specs:

Issue also occurs with FPBX 16

Then suspect a hardware or network problem as these are ‘constants’ that any version rely on.

I’ll look into it.

put one up on Vulr or Digitalocean (or whatever) , it will cost $6 and both the network and hardware are ‘proven’

Right now I’m on a tier costing $12/mo, on DigitalOcean.

How do you actiually install FreePBX on DO ? (There are may ways)

Also looked at Asterisk full log and see this:

Nothing that would worry me here.

What is needed is the log leading up to the failure.
