FreePBX webGui freezes

hi,

I use FreePBX 15.0.17.30 with Asterisk 16.16.2 and usually when I have more calls the webGUI freezes.

Lately the issue happens once a day and I have to restart the core service of asterisk to reenable the WebGui.

If it happens when your call volume is higher it sounds like you need more resources. Restarting asterisk is just ending the calls and freeing up those resources.

Ok, and how can I check the resource? Would you be able to provide some commands to do so?

htop or top will show you processes and resource utilization for each process. Run those when you are experiencing the issue.

Indeed the cpu goes over 100% but is there any recommendation for the resource allocation based on a number of calls that can occur at the specific time? Or how can I prevent any services to stop?
