We’re running FreePBX 13.0.197 & Voicemail Notifications module 220.127.116.11
Since April 20 at about 5pm Pacific, we have not been receiving calls to the external number specified in the module config. None of the configurations were changed before it stopped working.
We are getting the email notifications from the line, but no calls are being routed. I have read the wiki and ensured that our Voicemail Admin config matches the FAQ for how to fix this error.
I have also ensured we are up-to-date on the module version, and double-checked the config. I’ve even tried different phone numbers to send to.
I’m uncertain of how to get any logs for this error and I am at a loss for how to proceed.
