FreePBX using Optimum Cannot get SIP working

I need help configuring Optimum SIP and Asterisk.

I have Optimum SIP to a modem and have the FreePBX box connect to it but i am not able to receive or make calls.

the register string is: 9143584818:[email protected]/9143584818
