Hello,
we had a FreePBX v14 running. Installed the 14 to 15 upgrade tool and launched it with success.
on reboot, we had a new GUI, but the dashboard still says that it’s FreePBX 14.0.16.4 and most of the modules are still v14.
Is it normal ? I’d have thought that it would update the version numbers to 15.
thanks and best regards
Laurent

Hi Jared, guess you are right… I think I missed this message
we are behind proxy and although proxy is configured in linux, it seems that the upgrade proxy bypass it an tries to access internet directly, which is blocked by the firewall.
I’ll ask our security team to open this, but I guess this was our main problem.
I should have watched the logs more closely, my bad
have a great day
Laurent

Hi @lprotti you might want to allow the below mentioned wiki list URLs/IPs to get all the updates properly. https://wiki.freepbx.org/display/PPS/Allowed+IPs+for+PBXact+Upgrade
