Does KVM supports hardware cards (analog POTS) ?
It depends on the hardware of the host it needs a compliant bios and both vt-x and vt-d or AMD equiv. to do a pci-passthrough
In the absence of vt-d, you can use dahdi on both host and kvm DACSing channels over dynamic-ethernet
