I looked at the log files and found “No DID or CID Match”. It turns out that my provider must not be sending the DID info, so I left this blank on “DID number” field under the General Tab in my inbound route.
Check your log files for a line that something like “You should probably add an inbound route for this DID.” If you’re not seeing that, there’s another inbound context that you can use to pull the DID from the message headers (from-header-something or from-something-header…). This will pull the DID into the stream using the incoming SIP headers instead of the “traditional” way this is normally done.
