I’ve created a route rule under “Outbound Routes”, set the route CID
number (from carrier) and had it “Overirde Extension CID” just like my
other Outbound Route Rules. I configured the dial pattern as 4|. and
saved the new changes.
I did a trace and found out that FreePBX is stripping the whole
number instead of prefix “4” only and replacing it with ‘t’ as shown in
the image.
How can I sort this out?
