I am looking for a plugin that is able to report call logging statistics for the below:
Ideally it logs by queue, by extension both missed and answered

  1. Call goes to queue 1 and alternates calls to ext 1 and 2

  2. Call goes to queue 2 and alternates calls to ext 3,4,5,6 random

  3. if possible if example a call goes to queue 1 and ext 1 is ringing and ext 2 picked up the call the call goes as answered on ext 2.

Till now I tried Asternic CDR reports (free), CDR reprots PRO (trial version) and both doesnt seem to log the calls correctly.

CDR reports Pro has the details , you need to select the column options to display the Dest Answered By
