Customer has been using FreePBX for many years. Sip trunking to the same carrier for well over a year.
Last week outbound calling quit working. Carrier said it was because they were seeing “s@ipaddress” in the registration. Googling told me that others have had the same issue, but I saw no resolution.
Wanted to let others know that for me, changing the outbound sip information from “insecure=very” to “insecure=invite” did allow outbound calls to process.
Carrier still said they were seeing the “s@ipaddress”. Not sure were the “s” was coming from.
Customer running chan_sip with FreePBX 13.0 software.
