Starting this morning, April 23, 2021, Sangoma Support started getting a small but steady number of reports from FreePBX and PBXact users, that their systems were losing licensing activation. This was caused by some work being done to the licensing server to support FreePBX 16 and PHP7. The issues on the licensing server are now resolved, but it may be that there are still some systems that need to be re-activated.
Anyone affected by this can resolve by running the following command:
fwconsole sa activate xxxx
where the x’s are the PBX deployment ID. You can also browse to Admin, System Admin and follow the steps to activate using an existing deployment ID.
