We are currently using Polycom IP501 and 601 in a business setting. We are wanting to set up 2 paging zones and page through the phones. Using the Paging and Intercom section, we have set up our 2 zones and set up the extensions to dial when the paging zone is dialed. The phones will ring, but then times out at 5 seconds. Also, since more than one phone is used, the page doesn’t come through all the phones…it only comes through 1 of the phones and the others continue ringing. Is there some kind of programming that we can add into extensions_custom.conf that will allow all the phones to have the paging come through?
