Hi all! One of our customer would like to integrate FreePBX with a PMS (Oracle Hospitality Opera Cloud).
Can someone confirm us that we need Sangoma Property Manager Module ($195 for a 1 year license) + Oracle Connector Addon ($5 for a 1 year license)?

Confirmed, those two modules together will allow you to integrate with Opera.

As with all commercial modules, they are only supported when installed on the FreePBX Distro or PBXact. The Oracle Connector module is currently only supported in PBXact.
