Turkey decided to use winter daylight savings time 2 week later this year and this has been applied to tzdata-2015g-2 package in Centos Base repo but Freepbx doesn’t use Centos Base repo for tzdata so Turkish users that installed their installations from FreePBX iso will see that their system is using tzdata-2014h (or it might just be me, but I have tons of installations so I don’t think so 
)
if you have same problems:
wget http://ftp.riken.jp/Linux/cern/slc63/x86_64/yum/updates/tzdata-2015g-2.el6.noarch.rpm
rpm -Uvh tzdata-2015g-2.el6.noarch.rpm
*** And one more thing —> Be sure that your time zone in system admin showing the right location !!!
