I am using bandwidth.com as my VSP and they are sending all my DID numbers with a “+” , e.164, in front of them. They also require all outbound calls to have a “+”, e.164, sign as the prefix. Any ideas on the inbound problem so that I do not have to create an incoming route for each DID number.
