FreePBX mute after reboot

Background: I was out for a couple of days for business. I left FreePBX working, with two outbound trunks and the respective inbound and outbound routes configured and working well, with IVR and the like. This took me many hours of learning and work. During my absence, a person I love sooo much thought that the NUC that runs FreePBX was perhaps consuming many kilowats per hour and turned the NUC off to spare energy.

Issue: I turned on the NUC and…surprise! When calling the PBX phone from my mobile, I can hear in my mobile the call rings but the FreePBX IVR will not answer automatically the call as it should. The outgoing calls (national and international) do not go through, the message runs “all circuits are busy”.

What I did: While refraining me to go for a divorce :slight_smile:, I:

a. updated all the modules in the hopes any non-updated module could be the reason of this FreePBX behaviour.
b. checked the trunks and in-outbound routes settings, they are ok.

The issue continues as described above. I am using FreePBX 13.0.190.19 .

Maybe some options are missed. Please check the above.

Thank you James. I checked the options, the endpoints are ok, their authentication credentials are ok. After reading this thread here I changed the Trunk DTMF from Auto to RFC4733. No way.

The IVR is not working anymore, the extensions can call one another, but inbound calls and outbound calls do not get through. I post below the verbose. Question: the IP 123.149.50.30 below must be the Public IP from my router?
