FreePBX music on hold on busy calls

When I send a call to a number that is busy in a particular trunk, it keeps playing endless music, does anyone know how I can change this setting?

look at the inbound routes destination and follow it

it sounds like you have something explicitly directed to music on hold , directed to queue which is playing music on hold , or something else thats playing music versus ringing

cli call trace of the event would be helpful

The problem occurs in outgoing calls!

call trace still applies - it will show you how it got there

maybe your outbound route failure destination is pointed to something odd

Unfortunately I did not find anything related to the problem in my settings, any ideas?
