Please allow me to apologize for this post, but I’m not sure where to put it.
I’ve been tasked by a client to figure out how to integrate IVR into their customer platform (which happens to be SAP Business One, with a Sybase database backend, I’m told), and a third party in-house developed web application).
From what I was told (mostly incoherently, because I was told through non-tech savvy middlemen), they’d like their customers to be able to dial, connect to IVR and walk through some business logic menus after passing some sort of authentication step (likely PIN identification).
I have absolutely no knowledge of how to make this work, and I’d love to have anyone who can help contact me off-channel if possible.
