FreePBX inestable

Hola,

¿alguna sugerencia?

Muchas gracias.

The ‘asterisk’ program is crashing.

There are logs available which may be able to help. The first is /var/log/messages to see if it relates to some other hardware failure. The second is /var/log/asterisk/full to see if it’s something in a settings.

If the server was failing, the system would just reboot and you’d (probably) be back on line in a short time. It doesn’t sound like that is the case here. Since it’s an asterisk ‘abend’, you’ll need to look deeper.

I’ve had this happen to me once in the past, and the issue was a bad RAM stick causing all sorts of random disconnects and aborts. I’m not saying that’s your culprit, just reminding you that the cause may be something unusual.

Thanks for your time,

The log of / var / log / messages is free of errors, while in the log of / var / log / asterisk / full errors appear at the time of the crash:

on the other hand I’m going to check the RAM.

Thank you very much for the information

Those are the ‘reboot’ warnings when the system is coming up. You’re too far ahead - the problem (if it’s in this log) is older than that.

I found these others, but they happened 20 minutes before the crash.

Look for when this “jumps”. That’s your indication that asterisk is rebooting. What happens right before the time jump.

These are normal.
