FreePBX inbound call recording retrieval

Please correct me if I am wrong. (I hope I am)
FreePBX has the ability to record both inbound and outbound calls however to access/retrieve and listen to these recordings I would need to purchase an Add-On.?

Recordings are playable from both CDR reports in the Admin GUI and from UCP, neither of which require purchase. The commercial module, Call Recording Reports adds additional features for managing recordings, but is not required to simply play.
