I am using the Commercial Endpoint Manager for deploying Polycom 550 phones. I am looking for settings that would normally be in the device.cfg file but can not find them in any of the basefile configs. I am wondering how to make the EPM look for a device.cfg file also when provisioning phones.
This should be closed out, It was a PEBKAC issue.
Where were you able to find the settings normally found in device.cfg?
