FreePBX Distro Upgrade For FreePBX 14

Hello,

I am running FreePBX Distro10.13.66-22 I would like to use FreePBX 14. This is a production system. Am I right in assuming I use this method to upgrade to SNG7 please? -

I am assuming this upgrade isn’t a Beta upgrade and is safe to do on a production system please? (will have backups and VM snapshot)
