I have download FreePBX-64bit-10.13.66 and make new install
All of the step ok, but after i want to open web console i have error:
Whoops \ Exception \ ErrorException (E_WARNING)
HELP
Unknown: open(/var/lib/php/session/sess_ntkb8061f0u5c4q3706o76cvp6, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13)
I’m looser in unix, and what im doing for this…

You are using Alpha software, it is not suitable for noobs. Download and install Stable-6.12.65.

I have one more question about freePBX installation.
Can I install a freepbx distro directly on a Raspberry Pi 3 ?
I never tried, and i wouldn’t say it’s not possible.
But you’ll never want FreePBX distro running on a Raspberry Pi… It uses too much resources…
