Freepbx asterisk 16.24.1 incoming external calls recording blank

I have an issue some recordings are blank and some are ok, issue seems to be related to the incoming external calls (we are only recording external in and out)

I have attached a screenshot of the oldest recording which is 04/04/22 and 2 from this week.

Outgoing calls are being recorded ok.
