Customer wants to have an outside number in a queue. If that number does not answer, the call should come back and ring a ring group.

The calls to go to the outside called number in the queue, but they never go to the failed destination.

The outside calls are made over dahdi trunks.

The customer is paying you, if you don’t can’t figure this out, don’t have the time to post logs, version numbers or participate in the process, what makes you think that the community should support you for free?
