FreePBX 2.9.0beta2 can't connect out to VoicePulse SIP trunks - always congested

I upgraded to FreePBX beta 2.9.0 & am having various problems.

The most significant show-stopper is that I can’t dial out. I use VoicePulse, and had no problems with FreePBX 2.7 or 2.8. The VoicePulse trunks seem to register ok, and claim to be online. I can dial in, but when I dial out, both VoicePulse trunks claim to be congested - always. It works fine on an backup FreeBPX running 2.8 (with identical settings.)

Is this a known problem? I’m happy to post any logs (from either system) that might help fix the problem.

I updated to the latest modules as of about 6:30pm PST 2010.03.13.

I finally gave up and reinstalled AsteriskNow 1.7.1
Upgraded to FreePBX 2.8 (via the web interface).
Upgraded Asterisk to 1.8.3.2 via YUM.
Upgraded to FreePBX 2.9 (via the web interface).

So far, everything is working ok, but I’m still testing.
