Freepbx 2.5.1 missing schema to create custom_destinations table

The install on CentOS 5.2 went fine.

Then I selected the “Inbound Routes” option and get a:

FATAL ERROR
DB Error: no such field

Error selecting from custom_destinations

So I checked mysql, there’s no table called custom_destinations
I also checked the SQL/ directory and there’s no create statement for that table?

sounds like something didn’t go right in your install. Go to the Module Admin manager and uninstall the Custom Applications module, then re-install it. The table creation happens when that module is installed (which normally happens as part of the install process).
