Am running FreePBX 2.11.0 with Asterisk 11.4.0 and am having no issues except for call transfers. Using the xfer hotkey on the cisco phone we can place the caller on hold and ring the destination extension, but when that destination extension goes to answer/accept the transfer.
I’ve worked with plenty of Aastra handsets and have never had to change anything, is this related to the Cisco hardware?
Another variable is that this system only uses POTS lines via a Snagoma card and I haven’t setup the router to pass through SIP ports, if I set those up, would that maybe resolve the issue?
