What is the command to enter in CLI? will the command survive across reboots?
If it can’t be done through the GUI, it can’t be done through the CLI. You would need to use the correct customisation file for the endpoint definition.
Have the attendant just do ##2000# when on the call and see what happens. That triggers a blind transfer, which is actually what you want.
Changing from chan_sip to chan_pjsip also changes how the SIP driver works and since chan_pjsip is RFC compliant and chan_sip was semi-RFC compliant…things like this can be handled differently.
Using ##2000## works! How do I change the config?
I haven’t looked at the Soundpoints in ages. I would see if you can change the default transfer method of the phone. If you can change that to blind transfer, your problems go away because it sounds like that is the default behaviour you want.
Did some quick research, it looks like I have to change each individual config file manually to change the default to blind.
