I had a similar issue, though it might just be a coincidence when the equipment was changed, yours might be due for a replacement, but try looking into the backend of your router/modem (so like going to 192.168.0.1 (or 1.1 if you have a separate modem) and looking at the configuration) and see if there might be something that might point to issues?
