FreePBX 16 w/o Api Connectivity Tab

Hello,

I am having an issue with FreePBX 16 and enabling the API. The issue is this pbx doesn’t have the option for the API tab underneath connectivity as shown below. I have another PBX of the same exact version and the API tab is there. Do I need to enable anything with fwconsole to enable the api and make it appear and be usable? Thank you in advance for any help.
