I am facing an issue it’s kind of strange in the new version Freepbx IVR is not sending DTMF digits any solution and advice?

The IVR doesn’t typically “send dtmf”, can you be more specific.

What are you trying to do?
What do you expect to happen?
What is actually happening?
Can you provide call traces from asterisk?

I want to explain the issue briefly when any calls land from Gateway to PBX into Inbound Route IVR there is a DTM assigned for specific keys like 1 for Sales 2 for Support etc… those keys are not responding. IVR internally is fine when dialing IVR through virtual extension keys are responding.

Please advise
