Freepbx 13 time conditions and Call flow Control Problem

Hello,
I have a problem when i use the time conditions function
then call flow toggle is doing noting only the blf green red is responding
what can that be?

Are your calls routing through the time condition or the call flow on the inbound route for the DiD?
