Freepbx 13 MoH Streaming Category not present

I have FreePBX 13.0.117
I checked updates, checked edge updates, I have latest MoH Package 13.0.18

The Streaming Category option is altogether absent.
My only options are “Files” and “Custom Application”

What am I missing?

Streaming IS custom application. It’s the same thing. It’s just generically named custom application and not streaming like it always should have been
