I’ve imported a list of contacts into a group via the FreePBX GUI Contact Manager Module. When I then log into UCP, I can see the list of contacts that I imported. However, the option to add a contact to the group has vanished. If I create a new group in UCP I can add a contact.
How do i add a new contact to an existing group?

You can’t do that in UCP. Users dont have permissions to add contacts to global groups because anyone could add or remove contacts.

Is it possible to request a feature that certain UCP users can modify the contacts list? Otherwise we have to create restricted end user accounts on Freepbx so that nominated users can log into Contact Manager to manage their contact list.
