I don’t think this is supported (from the providers) the only other thing i can think of is to make sure that the prefix os actually added before trying to call the cellphone.

Last resort we are now thinking of is to create a ring group per number in which the cell phone number is listed with the prefix for that number. When someone calls, the cell phone will ring with the CID of the number that was called and so my client knows how to answer the call (which company he should mention).

If you know a way of adding the prefix some other way dynamically, I’m open for suggestions, because I’m not looking forward to making every single change 3 times when they have something they want.
