Hello, You did not checked your outbound routes. You have an extension or more that is not allowed to use one of your outbound routes. It is coming from the extension routing module that is a commercial module (or a 1 year license for free once purchased). The default setting of building an outbound route is to block all the extensions from using it. Thank you, Daniel Friedman Trixton LTD.
