FORWARDING CALLs without loosing CALLER ID

hope some of you could help us.

Introduction:

our office time is from 8 to 8 - after this time we want to forward incoming calls to our callcenter. ok that’s no problem.

The Problem is that the callcenter “answers” without knowing the CALLER NUMBER.

Example:
A Caller Number 12345 calls us
we forward -> to the callcenter
The Callcenter sees only “our company” number and not the number of the “caller”

Is there any way to forwarding the caller ID number by default?

I couldn’t find any hints or information, also in this forum.

It will be difficult to help you without version information about your PBX and phones.

Additionally, is the call center using your PBX or are you using your PBX to forward the calls to your call center?

I suspect that you are using your PBX to take the incoming calls and forward them back out of your PBX over one of your voice trunks. If this is what you are doing it would explain why the call center is seeing the CLID of your company.
