Forwarding calls to Sip Uri

Hello,

Created a custom extension.
Trying to have calls forwarded to a voip.ms Sip Uri.
No luck.
Sending calls to the same Sip Uri address through an Obi device works OK.

Using FreePBX 16.
It used to work fine with FreePBX 13.

Any ideas ?
