Here’s the situation - with the weather we’re expecting in Houston, our small customer service team (3 employees) is planning on working from home. They have their computers with VPN access, but need for them to be able to answer phones too. Right now when calls come in, they go to the customer service queue, and all 3 phones ring at once in the customer service room
How would I go about forwarding them to their 3 cellphones? Perhaps on a round robin, so it rings one at a time? How would I set that up?
Any help appreciated!
