Forward to the operator only on external calls

Hi together,

I have a problem at the moment, for which I don’t have a solution yet.

We want external calls on specific extensions being transferred to the
operator after 15 seconds. But only external calls.
If the extensions are called from internal, nothing should happen, and the phone
sould continue ringing…

I have solved this with a follow-me configuration at the moment to let the users
have control about their call-forwarding settings. But this application does not make a difference between internal and external calls.

So I think, that we need someting to set up as a destination on inbound routes, which can do this. Unfortunately, there is no application I know, which can handle that.

Can somebody help me with this?

I need exactly the same functionality.
I’ve been looking for a long time, and didn’t find a good solution.

Currently I use the call flow module as workaround
