So this seems like something simple to do, and I hunted around and couldn’t easily find the answer.
How do I forward a call to an external number when an extension is not registered? In our setup, mobile users connect, but are not always connected. When they aren’t, I’d love it if the PBX could just forward the call to their actual cell phone.
have you tried using the follow-me feature? or is this a queue call? we have run into this issue with queue calls (working a ticket with schmooze) but for a “normal” extension we have not seen any issues.
