The “Message” button to admins/mods should be available to all users, but, there might be a tutorial viewing requirement or something. Anyhow, looks like you got back in @ozarktech should we disable the “new” @ozarktech account now ?

Done. Merged the posts from the @ozarktech1 into @ozarktech but you’ll have to update the nice looking avatar image yourself 
Looks like we got all the issues resolved - the few that lingered into this week were all users’ old email addresses that needed updating. We are planning some more upgrades soon. Please continue to follow https://trust.sangoma.com as well as the forums itself for the latest updates.
