Forcing Time Condition Match

Hi all,

I have a Time Group setup for Holidays, attached to the main Inbound Route. The Time Condition that uses it has Matched go to a Holidays IVR and the Un-Matched goes to another Time Condition for Open/Closed Business Hours (which uses a different Time Group for hours).

There are some days we may be closed for Holidays that aren’t in the Time Group. Without adding them, I figure I can dial the feature code for that Time Condition (*273). It works fine, but when I dial the feature code, the system says “Deactivated”, but the Time Condition says Temporarily Matched. Why does it say Deactivated? Shouldn’t it be the other way around?
