the Alcatel Myriad range (M3,5,7,8) etc have been around since 2021, are they in EPM - NOPE.
very popular devices in this region, especially since cisco do nothing but 200% their sale price year after year, and frankly I love the alacatels,way better, awesome HD audio too.
Please refer to the blog post referenced by OP – written by YT – then follow the instructions provided to use only the official Sangoma FreePBX mirrors. This is the best way to maintain proper licensing and access to commercial support options from Sangoma.
The happy path described in the blog post includes these steps to help avoid problems:

I agree with you. EPM is not easy to maintain on either the hardware or backend side. I’ve worked on this module a bit, and I have to say: OMG! @kgupta is the master to work on this module.
There are no new SIP phone models available, nor are there any mobile applications to work on the new generation of phones.
I’ve asked about adding models a number of times. Why can’t these be added? At least add the model entries for the Cisco template based on the SPA phones. I will even modify the basefiles if the SPA models are copied to make these:

I was told years ago by someone at Sangoma that Sangoma risked being sued by adding Cisco models to Endpoint Manager. Why would Cisco provide MPP (-3PCC) models then?
