Force users to login to their phones

If a person doesn’t login in, it just shows “Device ID” as the caller. I need to force users to login before they make any calls.

Asterisk: 1.8
FreePBX: 2.9

So what is the alternative? To believe that a conspiracy exists to keep the information from you.
