Force one line to accept calls and other lines for outgoing

Hi,

I am using an OpenVOX A400P04 card with 4 FXO modules. I have connected 4 pstn lines.

The system is configured so that when an incoming call rings it starts dialling (using follow me) various numbers using the rest of the connected lines until someone picks up.

I would like to configure the system so that it only accepts incoming calls from a specific line and not all connected lines. Likewise the rest of the connected lines should only be used for outgoing calls.

Any suggestions?

Use the “Zap Channel DIDs” module to assign a unique DID to each of the analog channels you have on your system. Create a separate inbound route for each DID, and when configuring the inbound route, put a large number in the “pause before answer” field to prevent the system from answering those lines.
