Searched this topic but counldn’t find a thread.
We have 10 Aastra 9133i extensions into one queue. At the end of the day, we ask each agent/users to logoff. When all phones/agents/users are logged off, call are routed to a Miscellaneous Destination. If one of these phones/agents/users doesn’t logoff calls ring without forwarding. Is there a method to force an extension to logoff using the FreePBX admin GUI?
