Force Customer wait for Whole IVR

Dear All,

I am looking for an option to force the customer to wait for whole message to hear from an IVR and allowed him to press his option. Is there any way to do this ??


Don’t believe specifically with only an IVR. What I would do is create an announcement with your IVR options, and make sure “Allow Skip” is unchecked. Then put the Destination after playback your IVR, with your IVR announcement set to None. That should play your announcement and block them pushing any buttons, then send them to the IVR directly afterwards, where they can press the required menu key.
