Force auto answer

Hello All,
My scenario is as follows…
Server is on Elastix 2.3 with unembedded Free PBX (
Hardware Digium TE 131 PRI Card.
Call lands on the elastix server —> Inbound Route -----> Queue ---------> Extensions (3CX Softphone)
Here the agent press answer button so the call connects to him/her.
Now what am looking is…
The call should land on the 3CX Softphone forcefully without the intervention of agent.
Hope am clear in asking.
Appreciate your advise.
